The accommodation

House in the beachfront community pool on the south coast of Vinaros, area Cala Puntal.
It has a large terrace two floors with porch and beautiful views of the community garden and the sea.
With wifi. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms (one of them with TV). Upstairs there is a bedroom with bathroom.
Downstairs there is an optional fourth bedroom with 4 beds. The house has wifi and private garage for two cars.
All rooms are exterior.

Setting

The beaches are just ahead, beach Cala Puntal I and beach Cala Puntal II. A 100 meters is the Aiguaoliva allows swimming cove pets. There is a walking route that passes right in front of the house.
The house is in a quiet residential area and family.
There are several bar-restaurants in the area and a large shopping center just 3 minutes by car.
There is a seaside promenade that connects the house to the center of Vinaròs, laying can go for leisurely walks.

Activities and attractions

The house is located in Vinaròs, on the seafront of Cala Puntal, only 1.5 km from the heart of the city, its promenade and the fishing port. Vinaròs is a Mediterranean city with a seafaring soul that lives open to the sea. It combines the comforts of a city with the natural beauty offered by its 12km of coastline with sandy beaches, natural coves and cliffs. It is a lively city with lots of activity all year round. Its people are welcoming and open, which makes everyone feel at home. It is famous for its carnivals and its patron saint festivities. The magnificent promenade and the fishing port are very busy places and it is full of excellent restaurants and terraces to enjoy all year round its excellent gastronomy. Sports and cultural activities can be carried out in the area. The Panoramic Golf Club is 15 minutes away. Its location is ideal for discovering magnificent cultural excursions, hiking, mountain biking, motorbike tours in the Maestrazgo. It is 80 km from Castellón, 150 km from Valencia and 200 km from Barcelona. Good access by the AP7 motorway, N340. Castellón Airport 45 minutes away.

La casa está a pie de playa. Las anfitrionas muy amables. La casa tiene de todo para pasar unos días agradables. El único pero, la playa que es de piedras y la habitación del sótano que tenía bastante humedad
