The accommodation

Nice and lighty two double bedrooms flat, in front of plaza Jaume Sabartes, recently renewed, modern, quite comfortable and best located, quite close to Passeig del Born, Picasso Museum, Barceloneta, Rambles, etc!

This flat has been renewed, everything is clean and functioning in it. It has one double room with a quite comfortable double bed, another double room with a single bed and a sofa-bed also. The living room and the kitchen is nice equiped for 4 persons. There are 3 balconies too, all spaces are exterior ones, the living room has a directly view to a big and open square of Picasso Museum, with a lot of sun and light.

The flat is in a 3º floor, as most of buildings at Born it has not elevator, but the flat enjoy of a nice view at living room to the open sky and to Picasso Musseum, in the opposite front to Cirera Street, in the middle the flat has also a light square more, so it's a quite cross ventilated flat, with lot of natural light and without noise! (you'll feel in the middle of Bcn as in a town, you'll see really!)

Very important: no smokers, no pets, no parties, quiet life in all the building and in the street. We thank your collaboration in advance!

Setting

The flat is in a quite quiet pedestrian street (there are any bars), quite close to Passeig del Born, Ciutadella Park, Barceloneta and beaches, Ramblas, the Port Vell, Cathedral, Santa Maria del Mar, Raval, Plaça Catalunya, Arc de Triomph, Passeig de Gracia, etc.

You can reach the flat from airport by train (most cheapest option in Bcn), leaving in Estació de França (300mts walk to the flat).
