The accommodation

Charming apartment with two bedrooms and a total of n. 4 beds, bright and functional. It has undergone a complete renovation which has just finished. The guiding criteria for the intervention were the recovery, as far as possible, of every pre-existing element and attention to energy saving. The central beams throughout the apartment and the joists in the living area were therefore recovered.

Furthermore, the exposed brick wall in the living room was cleaned and renovated. As regards energy requalification, a heating/air conditioning and hot water production system with heat pumps has been created. All existing internal windows and doors were replaced with new insulating windows, all equipped with mosquito nets.

The apartment (approximately 70 gross sqm) consists of a living area with kitchenette, a large bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a dressing room and a bathroom (with window). It faces south and is therefore very bright and very pleasant. It is equipped with every comfort: split heating and air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, wi-fi internet.

The building is inside the Z.T.L. of Parma (Limited Traffic Zone) where access is permitted by car only during certain time slots or upon payment of a ticket. The apartment is located on the second floor of the staircase

It is possible to leave any car in the public paid car parks located in Viale Mentana or in the Toschi or euro car park, you can reach the apartment in a few minutes.

We owners live in Colorno, a charming town about 15 km away. from the center of Parma. . Animals are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house.

The apartment has just been renovated and completely newly furnished as if it were our home and not a house to rent.

We wanted it complete with everything, fully functional, with attention to every detail. We therefore ask guests to respect this and promptly report any problems to us.

The apartment is located, without fear of contradiction, in one of the most beautiful areas of Parma, close to the historic heart of the city and at the same time to its liveliest part. The bus stop is about 100 meters away. Car parks are 8-10 minutes walk away.
Guests arriving by car are advised to park it in one of the numerous paid car parks near the center of Parma (cost €10.00 per day) and to arrive at the apartment by taxi.
