Roccalumera is lively town only 15 min away from fancy and rich Taormina bay, 20km from the centre of Taormina (uphill). and also only 40km from Mount Etna (with the biggest live volcano in Europe) in Eastern Sicily.

It is well connected by motorway/railway to some other of the most important and beautiful places of the island such as:, Giardini Naxos, Letojanni, Catania, Mount Etna, Alcantara Gorges, Tindari and Aeolian Islands which are all easily reachable by car/bus/train.

The most famous festivals in Roccalumera are “Palio” and “Minipalio” which take place every year in July and August.
