Villa 4 km’s away from Unesco’s Scicli and from the stunning beach of Sampieri, one of the most renowned location of the fiction Inspector Montalbano. The villa has a stunning panorama and is immersed in a Sicilian garden. In the outdoor you can find many lovely corners among the lemon threes, the vineyard, and other Mediterranean plants. The house and is totally built with the typical white limestone of this area of Sicily. It spreads on two levels. On the first one there is a fully equipped kitchen (with a pizza owen), a dining room, a large living room, a bathroom, and a big suite with a double bed and 1 single bed.The upper level displays a double bedroom, a twin and a marvelous terrace from where enjoy the ocean view. The pool area has a large solarium and a sauna.
