The distribution of the rooms and beds consists of the following:
- The ground floor: 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
- First floor: 1 bedroom with a king-sized bed.
- On the right-hand side: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 4 single beds.
- First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed with an adjoining toilet and washbasin.

The price of the house will be for 9 people the number of days to be agreed (See prices or consult with the owner). The property has the capacity of up to 18 people.
There is a covered terrace, complete with garden furniture, hammocks and swings.
There is also a splendid covered barbecue, with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining.
There is also a second annexed house at the back of the property.

Setting

The house is located in a rural, quiet area with panoramic views of the village, the beach and the mountains.
There is a children's playground where you can also play pétanque.

The house is situated 800m from the N3 dual carriageway, near the village of Pineda de Mar.
The property is 1200m from the beach, next to Calella de la Costa and Blanes.
It is 2km from the C32 motorway in Calella and 14 km from Lloret de Mar, close to entertainment, discos, restaurants, shops, market and nightlife.
You can visit the local market on Wednesdays and Fridays.
It is 10 km from Marineland in Palafolls and 25 km from Mataró Park Shopping Centre.
