There are 2 different options and photos are for 2 different apartments:

There are 2 apartments T1 (one bedroom). Price on the web site is for the less expensive. Please ask for a budget, throw rentalia, with dates, occupancy and apartment that you are interested in.

Description:

- 3rd floor (photo nº 17 to nº 38) with capacity up to 4 people, modernized and completely remodelated.
Apartment with one bedroom, kitchnett, bathroom with shower and balcony with outdoor furniture. Bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, desk and LCD. TV channels available are the foreign satellite open channels (astra), 6 Portuguese channels and more than 30 Spanish channels. Pillows, mattresses and new beds, only used for vacation. Sofa bed (couple) in living room and LCD. Bed linen and towels are included.
Equipped kitchen with (2) electric stove, fridge and frizer, toaster, microwave,water boiler and wash machine, electric grill and Espresso coffee machine.
Air conditioning in the room and kitchnet and heater in the toilet.

Possibility of arranging outside parking (from June to September) on the 3rd and 6th floors for an additional fee ( not payed in winter time), as well as internet service available on request and additional payment.

- 6th floor (photo # 39 to 52) with capacity up to 5 people, modernized and completely refurbished
Apartments with one bedroom, kitchnett , bathroom with shower and balcony with outdoor furniture.
Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, desk and LCD. Pillows, mattresses and new beds - it will be the third summer, and the apartment is only used for holidays (the 6th floor does not include linen in summer time!).
Kitchen equipped with electric stove, fridge and frizer, toaster, microwave, electric grill, water boiler, espresso coffee machine and wash machine,.. The 6th floor also has a dishwasher.
Air conditioning in the bedroom and kitchnet and heater in the toilet. In summer time includes free parking in payed zone (not enclosed zone).

Parking is easy for most of the year because there is a public parking in front of the building, which is paid during the months of June 15th, July, August until September 15th. There are a free parking on the right side of the building (200m) during all the year
Internet: a extra fee will be required from 25€/week or 40€/month.

Setting

Monte Gordo is one of the Algarve's best beaches. It is a bay with warm summer temperatures and mild all year round, with little rainfall during the year (average of 10 days / year). The calm waters and the extensive fine sand beach allow the use of the beach all year round, without rocks. Most of the beach terraces are open during the winter.
