Reachable on foot or by car because the road is paved. At 1.5 km from the "Spiaggione" with its enchanting golden dunes and its 2 km. of beach and at 1 km. from the basic stores. Consists of: living room with kitchen area with large window overlooking the sea and a double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Total of 4 beds. Renovated in February 2013 with interior and exterior re-styling. Appliances all new (gas stove 4 burners + oven, washing machine 5kg., TV, microwave, refrigerator+freezer, toaster, radio, air conditioner). Sanitary fixtures all new and modern. Mosquito nets in all openings. Large well-kept and lighted courtyard. Water supply. Panoramic sea view terrace with covered and equipped veranda (barbecue, cold outdoor shower, drinking fountain, hammock, 2 deck chairs, table and benches). Large children's area with playhouse, slide, swing and lots of beach toys. Possibility to use 2 mountain bikes and beach umbrella for free. We also provide hair dryer and iron. Small pets accepted, but outside the house. Private parking space on the ground floor in front of the house.

Just a few kilometers from the beautiful unspoiled and wild beach of Piscinas and many other beautiful beaches to explore by driving along the Costa Verde scenic road by the sea, towards Montevecchio where you can also visit the mines and the miners' village with guided tours.
