Casa Sisse is a charming and cozy 1940s cottage tastefully renovated, keeping intact many original features of theichnusac house. Located in the quiet and low-traffic Via D'Azeglio 100m. from the main street of Cabras, Corso Italia. Independent campidanese house of 120sq.m. is spread over two floors and is composed as follows: ground floor; eat-in kitchen with 22" TV, microwave, fridge+freezer, oven, fireplace, heat pump; 2 bedrooms; Sardinian sitting room; corridor; 1 bathroom with washing machine and 80-liter water heater. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. All appliances are new and so is most of the furniture. Well-equipped, well-kept and lighted private inner courtyard. New outdoor veranda ("su stabi") made of wood + original oven. Original well. Fountain and outdoor shower (cold). Water reserve. Small CHILDREN'S AREA. SMALL PETS are ALLOWED, but outside the house in the yard. We provide free 2 mountain bikes, beach umbrella and beach toys, hair dryer and iron.

Setting

Casa Sisse is in an area where all amenities can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle, and it is also close to the bus stop for all of Oristano's beaches. By bike it is also possible to reach the nearest beach, Torre Grande, which is about 2 km away on the plain. Torre Grande is best known for its nightlife and its promenade along a pedestrian street overlooking the sea, with stalls, kiosks, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, children's games, ice cream parlors, music and life. The beaches of the municipality of Cabras (Penisola del Sinis and Isola di Mal di Ventre) have been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanest sea. Just a few kilometers from Cabras are the most beautiful and pristine beaches in Sardinia: Maimone, Is Arutas, Mari Ermi, Sa Mesa Longa, S'Archittu, etc., with their emerald green sea and white quartz sand in rice grains.
