Nice and quiet holiday house at 50 meters from the sea. Ideal for families with children or holidays with friends.

The house, with a surface of 120m², has a living room with air conditioning and television by cable/satellite, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezing department, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There are three bedrooms: 1 with double bed, 1 with two single beds and 1 with three single beds. The house has 2 bathrooms: 1 inside with lavabo, toilet, bidet, bath/shower and 1 outside bathroom with lababo, toilet and shower.

Big fenced swimming pool (10.5mx4.5m) with shower and with alarm for the safety of the children. Proper water chemistry of the pool is constantly ensured and corrected if needed by a fully automated system through electrolysis and continuous check of pH. For the visual impurities like sand or small particles of leaves there is a robot vacuum cleaner available.
Big terrace with garden furniture, garden with trees, barbecue, paved playground (basketball, football). The property (700m²)is completely fenced.

At 50 meters from the house there are some small pebble beaches, you will find sand beaches at 10 minutes walking from the house (5 min by car)

Setting

Les Cases d'Alcanar is situated on the Costa Dorada, in the south of Catalonia. Nearest airports are Reus (100 km) and Barcelona (200 km).
Les Cases, a small village with a fishing port and a marina, is just 5 minutes away from the house (both walking and by car). Here you'll find everything you need: restaurants, butchers, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. Big supermarkets like Carrefour and Lidl are located in San Carlos de la Rápita or Vinaroz, both 10 minutes driving by car.

Activities and attractions

The delta of the Ebro is just a 10 minutes drive away: a natural park with lots of possibilities to walk, cycle, fish, sail, make a trip on the Ebro river by boat, ...

Nice villages to visit nearby are Peñiscola, l'Ametlla de Mar, Amposta, Tortosa. The beautiful city of Tarragona is just 100 km away. There you will find as well PortAventura, one of the nicest theme parks in Spain.

And then of course you have Barcelona and Valencia, both more than worth a visit, at only two hours driving from the house.
