In Abruzzo in Silvi Marina (localita' Piomba - via Ticino 29) apartments in a 5-storey residential building with elevator, 300 meters from the beach, fine and sandy less than 5 minutes walk on foot, quiet and green area about 2 km. From the center. Nearby modern useful and entertainment facilities: supermarkets, shopping centers, bars, restaurants, discos and shops of all kinds. On Thursdays local market where you will find items of all kinds at advantageous prices and from June to the end of August a fabulous amusement park is set up with all kinds of entertainment for children and adults. Furnished and equipped, for the number of places indicated, also with dishes for use in the fully functional kitchen, with gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine (only in the three-room apartments) and all with large balcony equipped for outdoor dining and private parking, reserved for our customers, fenced free unattended. They are equipped with a TV connection (possibility of renting a 14-inch color TV at our facility for a fee or the use of your own TV is permitted), intercom and Culligan water softener system for drinking. Possibility of bringing animals into the facility upon request and upon payment of a fee (even on the beach. Free of charge!!!!)
