Apartment for rent in Umbria

The accommodation

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Umbrian valley, in the city of Bastia Umbra, between the medieval towns of Perugia and Assisi. It has two double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding two bunk beds. The rooms have a balcony, TV and satellite TV. Wifi is free and accessibilie in all rooms of the house. The bathroom is fully renovated and spacious. The kitchen has all the necessities to prepare the best dishes. We have an oven, microwave, fridge freeze, kettle etc .. The living room has a TV and sofa and a few book about Umbria region. You have access to laundry facilities. There is a private parking inside the property and a small garden to enjoy relaxing days in the spring and summer. We accept pets.

Setting

The neighborhood is a quiet residential area and has all the necessities such as supermarkets, bars, and Tobacco. The city center is very close, just 5 minutes walk. Near the house there is a nice green trek along the river Chiascio. We can provide two bicycles for free.

Activities and attractions

We also have a tour guide of the city of Assisi, and a hiking guide if you have the pleasure of walking and hiking in nature, discovering medieval hermitages and wildernes. We also offer a shuttle service to and from the airport of Perugia for free, and to and from the train station.
