The accommodation

The apartment we are offering you is an ancient residence, in the historic center of Specchia, carefully renovated in 2012. It overlooks a splendid little square used as a pedestrian area and is adjacent to the noble RIPA palace with which it communicates via an internal courtyard. Thanks to its particular position, over the last few years, it has been used by the owners of the aforementioned palace as an outbuilding to host relatives and friends. It consists of an independent entrance; a small laundry room with washing machine; a kitchen with kitchenette made of brickwork and covered with splendid hand-painted Vietri ceramics; a comfortable double bedroom with a large bathroom with shower; a second bedroom. There is also a small terrace overlooking the pedestrian square and an internal courtyard equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Both bedrooms are equipped with the latest generation air conditioners (inverter type) that ensure maximum silence and minimal temperature variations, thus allowing for a comfortable rest. The living area, on the other hand, has been completely insulated with pure natural cork.
