The accommodation
We present you a cozy two-story duplex with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, which has everything you need to have a good stay.
The house has a terrace upstairs with table, chairs, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue. And it has a front porch overlooking the garden with many plantings. Having a coffee in the morning on the porch, enjoying the tranquility, will be your ideal moment
The urbanization has a large pool
The house is close to all services and about 15 minutes from the beach.
It is a gated community, where you can enter on foot or by car. The car can be parked on the plot of the house or next to the entrance of the house. Upon entering you find the porch (with a small table and chairs) and the garden.
The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room with sofa and armchair (rocking chair) and the dining table with 6 chairs
The fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can go out to the backyard, where the washing machine is located.
Also on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor is another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
