Manuel was extremely helpful when making the booking and very friendly on arrival. Nothing was an issue and they did everything they could to make us feel welcome. We managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment very late on a Saturday night and Manuel had no issues with coming to our rescue! The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped and the pool was cleaned twice during our one-week stay. We would highly recommend their services and we hope to be back ourselves with them next summer!

The pool is nice, and the kitchen is big. However, we were 6 adults + 2 babies + 1 child + 1 small dog and the house is TO SMALL to acommadate that many people. Two of the rooms were to small and had no closets, and the beds of one of the room were noisy. And the wifi (internet) didn't work the all week, although they tried to fix it!

We were attending a conference in Troila - and didn't want to stay in the hotel as we prefered to have more room and luxury. We stayed in this villa and it was absolutely amazing. There was so much space - it was so spotlessly clean and comfortable - and it made our work conference feel more like a holiday. Manuel and Jorge were fantastic as well - making sure that we had everything we needed - their customer service is the best ive seen in a long time!!!! Nothing was too much trouble them and we really felt like we were being looked after - something you wouldn't get from a large hotel!!!! I would thoroughly recommend this villa if you are coming to a conference - or to play golf at the nearby course.
