Beautiful villa for 6 people with garden and pool only 50mts away from beach, shops and all amenities.

The house has a lovely grassy garden with lovely swimming pool and covered terrace with sofas and dining table and open terrace with sunbeds. Inside there is an open plan kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster and coffee machine, breakfast bar and lounge with AC unit Spanish TV and lovely decoration all around. The ground floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, ceiling fan and ensuite shower room, there is also a cloakroom. In the upper level there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, full family bathroom and terrace with sea views and towards Mojacar Village.
