The accommodation

First floor: The living room is furnished and has aircondititoning and a open kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, etc. On this floor there is a bathroom, toilet and shower. A terrace overlooking the sea and the urbanization too.

Up floor: 2 bedrooms one bedroom with 2 single-beds and one bedroom with a double-bed (1,50) and air-conditioning, an a terrace with spectacular views. On this floor there are a bathroom available.

Down floor: A large room with a double bed (1,35) and air conditioning, exit to the private backyard with barbecue. A simple room with a window into the house. A room with washer machine This floor also has full bathroom.

We reccomend to hire a car or use the local bus or tourist train to go to the beach. the beach isn´t far 1000-1400 m but it¨s a steep road, but it is a distance that can be done on foot. I prefer to take the car are 3 minutes.

Setting

Between Alicante (15Km) and Santa Pola (8Km) you will find Gran Alacant. Gran Vista is ostensibly the best private residential complex in all of Gran Alacant. It is locate at a mere 90 meters above sea level, with spectacular views of the Carabassi beach and the Alicante bay area.

Surrounding the swimming pools, guests will find a large garden, a children’s playground and a tennis court. The property also includes a bar, a restaurant and a mini-market. A larger supermarket can be found 700 metres away.
