Very nice and elegand apartment, just 500 m from the beach, is situated in one of the most popular urbanizations of La Recoleta in the Punta Prima
The apartment is located on the second floor of a 4-storey building and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, an open-plan kitchen with a bar counter and bar stools, one bathroom and a large sun terrace with beautiful side sea views.

Close to all amenities: restaurants, bars and shops, all within walking distance. There are 2 beaches and a beautiful promenade, only in 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
The large commercial center of La Zenia Boulevard is a 5-minute drive where you will find many shops, boutiques and restaurants. And there are also many recreational activities and concerts for both children and adults.
The center of Torrevieja can be reached by car or by bus, which runs every half hour.
