Villa near Seville with private pool

The accommodation

Beautiful villa surrounded by a 1200 m2 garden with a variety of trees and flowers and a 50 m2 private pool. It was our home for weekends and holidays, but we don't enjoy it much now and we've been renting it out for some time now. The house is fully equipped and decorated with details that will make you feel at home. The area is very quiet, but with the advantage of being 20 minutes from Seville, one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

It has a single floor of 200 m2, marble floors throughout the house, with two very large living rooms (40 m2), hot/cold air conditioning in one of them, and a fireplace and fans in the other. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances with complete kitchenware, only with cold water. Four very large bedrooms (two with 1.50 m beds, another with a 1.35 m bed and the other with two 90 m beds). Two of the bedrooms have split air conditioning hot/cold, and the other two have fans (one of them ceiling fans that ensures a very pleasant temperature in summer). Sheets and towels are provided. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub (for common use for the entire house) and the other with a shower (in one of the main bedrooms). We have had WIFI since 2017. In the garden you can enjoy moments of tranquility surrounded by greenery and flowers, huge trees that provide shade and palm trees. There are two porches, one at the front and one at the back with wonderful views of the pool. Garden furniture for eating outside, sun loungers for sunbathing, outdoor barbecue... Everything is ready for you to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Setting

It is located in an urbanization of 100 independent chalets where there is a restaurant. Very quiet environment to enjoy the peace of the countryside and where you will only hear the birdsong when you wake up. 1.5 km away is the town of Utrera, with 50,000 inhabitants, where there are multiplex cinemas, a hospital, large supermarkets such as Mercadona, Lidl, Día, Family... , a commuter train that connects with Seville every half hour and also with cities such as Cádiz, Córdoba... bus station... Utrera has a rich cultural and artistic heritage (Santuario de Consolación, castle, church of Santa María,,,) There is a distance of 25 km to Seville by highway and 20 minutes from the airport.

Activities and attractions

Excellently located to discover Andalusia; 25 minutes from Seville, 40 minutes from Jerez, 50 minutes from the white villages of Cadiz such as Arcos de la Frontera and 50 minutes from Ronda. One hour from Cordoba, Cadiz and Huelva. 90 minutes from Malaga and two hours from Granada (all by motorway). Due to its location, it is ideal for visiting the most touristic cities of Andalusia and it is also only 45 minutes from the beach. You can visit the fair and Holy Week in Seville, the wonderful beaches of Cadiz, the white villages of Cadiz (45 minutes), Malaga and Huelva, the mountains of Seville and Huelva, the Coto de Doñana... Endless tourist, cultural and gastronomic destinations so that you can discover our wonderful land.
