The Le Rose apartment is located in a residential area 10 minutes walk from the sea. The area is also served by the free shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes from the bus stop 50 m from the house.
The structure is developed on an L surface with terraced apartments of different sizes.
The accommodation is newly built, subject to continuous maintenance and well equipped with everything that can serve you to fully enjoy your holiday.
The structure offers outdoor and green spaces, overlooking a private square ideal for children to play free.
The apartment is air-conditioned and comes with a lounge with a TV, a dining table and a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a complete bathroom with a shower. The quadruple bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, and a double bedroom. and outdoor area with gazebo, table and chairs, deck chairs and barbecue where you can have lunch outdoors or just enjoy a bit of relaxation
