The accommodation

An elegant new build apartment, 80 square metres in size, situated on the first floor with a private entrance. The apartment is set in about 3000 square metres of countryside. It is surrounded by a large green lawn, and fruit trees, as well as beautiful plants.
The apartment is comprised of a large living/dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms (one double, and one single, with two sofa-beds).
The flat is fully furnished and has everything you would need.
The outside space is comfortable and very spacious, with private parking, a lawned garden, a gazebo and parasol, a swing, a round table and chairs, and a barbecue.

It is ideal for a family with children, or a group of friends, and all the relaxation and tranquility that the countryside can offer is guaranteed.

Setting

The location is very convenient, only 8 minutes from the city of Alghero, and a short distance from the airport.
The apartment in not well connected with public transport, however, so it is necessary to have a car or a motorbike.
Situated just a few minutes for the ever popular, and beautiful, beaches of the Riviera del Corallo (Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Mugoni, Porticciolo, Porto Ferro, etc.), and just a few kilometres from Lake Baraz, the only natural lake in Sardinia.
There is a mini-market and small local restaurants in the vicinity, which offer typical Sardinian and Catalan cuisines.

Tasting the local cuisines in the “agriturismi” is an absolute must. There are several located nearby, and the food is of excellent quality and is offered at very reasonable prices.
A visit to the local wine cellars, “Santa Maria La Palma” and “Sella and Mosca”, is also an excellent day out.
