The accommodation

The apartment is on the second floor of a nice independent old house. It has two bedrooms one bathroom, a small kitchen, a living-room and a dining-room with the fireplace, two balconies (one facing north and the other facing south). The apartment itself is full of light, it is in the center of the little town of Serra San Bruno and close to shops, supermarket, drugstore, bank etc. etc. It has a nice view on the surrounding neighborhood and on the mountains.
The apartment has been renovated. There is wifi, and satellite TV.

Setting

Serra is located at an elevation of 870 mt and is surrounded by beautiful forests ("le Serre"), with small rivers.

It offers an unique calm, and relaxing holiday time with possibility to make hikes in the beautiful neighbouring forests.

You will get here a lot of fresh air especially in the hot summer, good food, nice people.

Serra San Bruno is the perfect place to fully regenerate your spirit and rediscover yourself in a nice slow passing of the time, far from the city stress. It is still a genuine little town.

From Serra it is possible to reach the town of Reggio Calabria (110 Km from Serra) and there visit the Museo Archeologico Nazionale with the Riace bronzes, and many other archaeological sites are also close by.
Serra San Bruno is only about 37 km far from the Ionian sea with its beautiful beaches and clear sea water.
It is 60 km far from the cute town with beautiful beaches of Tropea and Vibo Valentia on the Tyrrhenian sea from there one can reach the Aeolian Islands.

Serra San Bruno is the perfect place to be, surrounded by mountains, fresh air, not far away from beautiful beaches, but far from the city stress.
