Segalar 9 is a lovely apartment with views of the countryside and Mount Segalar, located in the rural village of Albons, 4 km from the beaches of L'Escala, Costa Brava.

Cozy apartment built in 2007 and rebuilt in 2022, completely exterior and bright, in the ground floor, enjoy all the features needed for a wonderful holiday with family and children.

The apartment size is 70 m² for up to 4 people. Provides, among other amenities, air conditioning, large terrace, communal garden (1,000 m2), saline clorination swimming pool (16x8) and private parking.

Segalar 9 features two double bedrooms, bathroom complete with shower, a second toilet, kitchen, living room, dining area and a 20 m² terrace overlooking the countryside (afternoon sun).

The rooms consist of a large master bedroom and a small room with two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher.

Costabravaforrent Segalar 9 is located in the western part of the village of Albons, in a new building, two minutes from the centre of the village with facilities such as a bakery, grocery shop, bar and restaurant.

In Albons there is an open-air sports area with a basketball court, a five-a-side football pitch and a children’s playground for the little ones.

Around the village are several country paths, surrounded by fields, which lead to the neighbouring villages of Viladamat, Ventalló, Bellcaire, Tor, L’Armentera and La Tallada. These paths are suitable for walking or cycling.
