The accommodation
The villa is ideal for either one large family or two separate families wanting to spend their holidays together and a great place to base yourself for easy access to the beaches and other local towns and cities just waiting to be explored. The villa has a build surface of 160m² on two floors and is in a private walled garden of 570m2.
The furnishing and fittings of the villa are of a very high standard and quality. The property has a large terrace, ideal for alfresco dining and sunbathing. The villa has air-conditioned in the bedrooms upstairs, which also doubles up as heating during those cooler winter evenings.
With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living / dining room and fully fitted kitchen leading out onto a large terrace. The master bedroom has a 150cm double bed, built-in wardrobes and en-suite with bath, overhead shower, toilet and double sink unit with a large mirror. The next bedroom has a double bed measuring as well 150 cm, built-in wardrobes and bedside table.
The third bedroom is made up with two single beds and has a chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink and is adjacent to the double and twin bedroom.
Ground Floor:
You enter the villa into the hall which has stairs leading to the first floor on the right. The hall leads to the living / dining room, large well appointed kitchen, fourth bedroom and a further bathroom.
To the front of the property there is off-street parking for up to 3 cars.

Setting
The weekly rate is all inclusive of all gas, electricity, linen and towels including beach towels, pool and garden maintenance. A 30% non refundable deposit is required to confirm and reserve the property. The final balance is required on arrival in cash. An extra refundable security deposit of 300 Euro is required on arrival. This deposit will be returned in full unless any repackages are identified, which fall outside “normal wear and tear”.
Wi-Fi Internet is available if required at 20 Euro per week.
