This apartment has a private terrace and garden, 2 bedrooms, living room, 1 bathroom and kitchenette. It also has convenient backyard. There is a direct access from the private garden to the communal areas with pool surrounded by well kept green areas.
* Apartment in 1st floor with a great terrace and solarium (sleeps 1-5 people)
There are 2 double bedrooms (one doble and one twin with a extra bed), 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a confortable shower), lounge, dining room, independent kitchen, large and sunny terrace of 55m and 25m solarium with sea views.
Both apartments include a parking space and the best equipment, there are awnings and blinds, air conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooker, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, iron and all the necessary kitchenware.
Setting
The apartments are strategically located in the best area of Conil, the hotel zone (Fuerte Conil, Costa Conil and Gran Conil), which is characterized by its tranquility and easy access to both the village and the beach of La Fontanilla.
The area has all the services, pharmacy, restaurants, entertainment and supermarkets (Mercadona Day Supersol).
The best beach to travel with children is La Fontanilla beach. The sea is shallow and no current. It also has many restaurants and bars on the beach. It is near the town of Conil and it has many facilities for bathers, such as showers, lifeguards and police surveillance.
Activities and attractions
Conil is one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages of the Costa de la Luz and with great ecological and historical value.
Main attractions:
Beaches: La Fontanilla, Fuente del Gallo, Roqueo beach, Bateles beach, Chorrillo beach and Puntalejo beach.
Coves: El Roqueo and Roche coves (there are 6 of them).
Church of St. Catherine the fifteenth century, restored and renovated into a cultural exhibition center.
Chapel of the Holy Spirit, with the Virgen del Carmen, patron saint of sailors. Every July 16 can be seen from the beach the procession of the Virgin by the sea.
Misericordia Church, former Hospice of Mercy of the 18th century
Watchtowers for maritime observation from the 15th century.
Torre de Guzman, donjon tower of Conil Castle, built by Alonso Perez de Guzman, Guzman the Good, (14th-15th centuries).
Ethnographic Museum that contains a collection of 900 objects typical of this population.
La Chanca, place intended for cutting and curing tuna fenced in during the 16th-19th centuries, where nowadays is a social and cultural Museum-reserve (Almadraba museum, archive, library, communal courtyard and cultural and entertainment spaces).
Puerta de la Villa, one of the most iconic Conil, point of entry and exit of the village, meeting place and hub of the true population.
The fishing port where you can visit the fish auction and the Lighthouse of Roche with incredible views of the coast from the Mirador.
And the popular Calle Cádiz, full of restaurants and tapas bars to sample both international cuisine and a delicious local cuisine that includes remarkable dishes of fresh fish, seafood and very tasty seasonal vegetables from the orchards of Conil.
Furthermore, Conil is an ideal place for all kinds of sports. There is much fondness for water sports such as sailing, diving and surfing and kite surfing. If you prefer sports on land, you can go hiking in the Pinewoods of Roche and in the Colorado, go horse riding by the spectacular cliffs and the beach or, make getaways bike or mountain bike ride. And for the fans of heights, you can make paragliding or enjoy the adventure ziplines Roche.

Apartment was perfect, nice and clean. We loved the big terrace and the kitchen equipment. We cooked a few times. With the private underground parking place you always have a cool car. The apartment is close to beach and town. If you love food there are 2 good restaurants at he beach. We like to thank Alicia for her competent care and her recommendations for restaurants and trips.
Beautifull apartment
I stayed here for 2 1/2 week and I really enjoyed it. Perfect beds, a very light and clean apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I certainly will come back!
Perfect base for exploring Conil and the Costa de la Luz
The upper-floor apartment was an excellent base for our 2-week break in Conil. We found it very comfortable, well-equipped and clean. It was a short walk into the centre of Conil and to the beach. In addition there were several good restaurants in the neighbourhood. We found it an excellent location to explore the Costa de Luz. The apartment comes with an underground car parking space - great if you want to tour the area and get into a cool car when you leave for a day's sightseeing. One of the big advantages of the apartment is the big terrace with an awning which provides plenty of shade during the mornings and afternoons. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable. There is also ample space for clothes drying racks. The beds were comfortable, the air-conditioning was excellent (very quiet and efficient), the furniture and appliances were all new and it had the bonus of having two bathrooms! The grounds of the apartment complex are very well kept, with beautiful flowers and a very clean swimming pool. Alicia was extremely helpful and friendly and always replied promptly. She also gave us tips on things to do in the area and restaurants to visit. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a modern, clean and well-equipped place to stay in Conil.
