The accommodation
In the port you have this comfortable two bedroom and two bathroom apartment with fantastic views!
The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with washing machine and all appliances you would need for your holiday. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The terrace is huge and has views of the Mediterranean.
This apartment is one of many in these buildings and therefore we can accommodate from the single golfer to the larger family. Air condionning and heating in all the rooms.
Setting
The yacht and fishing harbour of Estepona is well known for its shops, bars, restaurants and its unique ambiance.
It is situated between two beaches and within a 10 minutes walk you reach the centre of Estepona.
Two supermarkets within an easy 2 minute walk.
Activities and attractions
Estepona on the western Costa del Sol in the southern Spain is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalusian white village.
The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. In Estepona you can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringuitos (beach bars) dotted all along it.
The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two children play areas.
The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections, one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce.

Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días de descanso
La urbanización muy agradable, tanto piscinas (tiene 2 piscinas, a la de la foto van adultos, a la otra niños) como entorno muy tranquilo y sin bullicios. El apartamento cómodo, limpio y amplio. Fiel a las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Está a 8 minutos caminando de la playa y a 20 minutos del centro de Estepona. Muy cerca del apartamento hay varios supermercados, así como un puerto deportivo con numerosos bares y restaurantes. Muy cerca de la urbanicación también hay un centro deportivo que está muy bien (Las Mesas). No hay problema de aparcamiento en la zona aunque si quieres puedes alquilar parcela en la misma urbanización. En definitiva hemos pasado (2 adultos) 9 días de vacaciones muy cómodos y confortables. Muy recomendable.
