The accommodation
Amazing brand new house just furnished with capacity for some couples or families.
It has views to the sea and the sunset in adittion to the Doñana Natural Park. The house is really calm and it is located in a closed neighborhood.
The composition is:
- Bottom floor: front patio, WC, living room, double bedroom, kitchen, backyard patio. There will be a portable pool during summer.
- First floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 WC, 1 double bedroom+private WC
- Second floor: Terrace 60m2
Setting
It is really well located. Only 200 meters from a restaurants and supermarket place and only 2km from the city center to where you can go by car / bus or taxi (6€).
Sanlúcar is connected by public transport with Jerez de la Frontera by Bus (4€) or Taxi (40€).

Estuvimos una semana en este Duplex. Lo mejor que está al lado del mar, nuevo, con 2 terrazas y bastante espacio. Estaba buscando uno con piscina pero con la playa al lado no la eché en falta.Repetiría
