The accommodation

3 bedrooms townhouse, lovely views to the Nuevo Portil Golf Course and the pool. Swimming pool and parking space. Only 800 m. from the beach.

This townhouse is located in Hoyo 14 Urbanization (Nuevo Portil). It was built in 2008 and is in perfect condition. About 111 m2 built on 3 levels.

Ground floor: kitchen, utility room, bathroom, living room and a large patio. The kitchen is separate and has fridge/freezer, electric cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, mixer,… and all the necessary cooking utensils. In the living room there are 2 large sofas, 1 dining table seating for 6 and 1 32” TV/DVD. In the patio there is 1 table seating for 4 with parasol.

First floor: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom there are 1 queen size bed, 1 big built-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom (shower bath, wc and bidet) and also an ideal terrace with outdoor furniture (s2 sun loungers) for relaxing and enjoying the views of the Golf Course, the pool and the green area of the urbanization. In the second room there are 2 single beds and 1 big built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom with shower and wc.

Second floor: there is a wide attic with 1 queen size bed and a terrace with 2 sun loungers.

The living room and the bedrooms have mosquito net and air-conditioning (hot and cold). The property has private parking space, although it´s easy to park on the street, close to the urbanization access.

Setting

This property is located in the 14th hole of Nuevo Portil Golf Course, an area with low density of building, well maintained, quiet, close to the sea and an ideal place for family holidays.

There are two pools, one for children and one for adults, open from 15th May to 30th September. Swimming lessons for children and aquagym for adults are held during summer. There are 3 paddle courts for exclusive use of owners and tenants. It´s possible to take paddle lessons and since 2010 a paddle tournament for children, women and men is held in August. There are green areas for taking a walk or children having fun.

The urbanization is a gated and private residential complex with all year gardener and maintenance staff. There is a key secure system to access inside the urbanization, into the parking area or into the paddle tennis court.

The area is an ideal place for beach holidays, with clean white sandy beaches, and a paradise for golfers.

Activities and attractions

There are a lot of activities to enjoy around the area. It´s an ideal place for family activities, not for whom are only looking for fun and drinks.

Close to the urbanization, there are a children´s playground, a football field and an open air restaurant for the relaxation of parents.

You can rent bikes and take a walk along many well marked walking paths.

There are several marinas where to rent boats and take sailing boat lessons, some golf courses and an equestrian centre for horse-riding tours to less than 10 minutes drive.

There are a water park and a karting track 15 minutes drive away.

As for the local cuisine it is excellent. There are many open air bars with lovely sea views where to taste the typical “tapas” and also well-known restaurants.
