The accommodation
Very comfortable apartment, for a very pleasant holiday stay.
It has all kinds of cooking utensils (including a pressure cooker and blender), linens (kitchen towels, towels, sheets, blankets...), hair dryer, combi, washer-dryer, dishwasher and all kinds of cleaning products (dishwasher tablets, detergent and fabric softener...), toilet paper, paper napkins, etc.
It has a communal pool and parking space.
Pets that are not in cages are not allowed. It is in a privileged environment with sea and mountains. It is located very close to SOMAO, which has recently been named EXEMPLARY VILLAGE.
There are many beaches near the town, but the most famous is Aguilar with crystal-clear water and white sand, which can be accessed by car, 15 minutes away or walking along the coastal path 4 km away.
The Espíritu Santo viewpoint is at the start of the path and is one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Asturias. Cudillero is a fishing village with great tourist appeal and is 10 minutes away by car.
In the same village there are some famous saltwater pools, by the sea, which are an attraction of the town and there is also a beautiful walk with a very charming marina. It is an ideal environment for hiking. There is a sailing school.
There is a spa very close by in Soto del Barco. Ideal for visiting fishing villages such as San Juan de la Arena, Cudillero, etc. and near Avilés.
