Implanted on a hillside within a privileged area of astonishing beauty (Arrábida Natural Parc), this cosy apartment with its position, will provide unique moments of pleasure and relaxation. In this region you will be able to taste a wide variety of gastronomic experiences, from the local fresh fish and seafood to the best wines and cheeses more inland in the country; this is a renowned region (Setúbal e Terras do Sado) of good cellars in Portugal. Nearby you have Sado River estuary, where you can witness adorable dolphins jumping out of water, they use this bay for nursery of the young ones and for protection of the community. Due to its natural and weather conditions, this region is ideal for practising several types of sports all year round. Several beaches are near the apartment location and are all of fine white sand.

Sesimbra is a old, very typical fishermen's village situated in the Setúbal peninsula, near Lisbon, the Portuguese capital, and near Setúbal, another city with fishermen´s tradition. Between Sesimbra and Setúbal you find the small villages of Azeitão and Palmela, here you can find some of the best wines and cheeses in Portugal. All this region is part of the Arrábida mountain, a small mountain that surrounds all this locations and falls in the sea with some very beautiful small bays and inlets where you can find wonderful beaches.

This peninsula is crossed by the river Sado and in the other side you can find another Tróia, a magnificent place where you can find a never ending beach with white soft sand, a marina, golf courses and a casino.

Golf Courses near Sesimbra: Aroeira 1: Set beside the south bank of the Tagus just a few minutes from Lisbon, Aroeira is a course that perfectly reconciles the requirements of a championship course whilst being set in beautiful landscape.

Aroeira 2: Designed by the architect Donald Steel, with 18 long holes that contour 6 large lakes

Quinta Do Peru: With the Arrabida mountain range as its backdrop, the Quinta do Peru Golf Course is the newest of the courses situated in a region of castles to the south of river Tagus.

Troia: Designed by Robert Trent Jones, this is one of the most fascinating golf challenges in Portugal, laid out across a peninsula close to the sea, with the majestic backdrop of the Arrabida mountain range, and surrounded by beaches.
