The accommodation
It is a duplex flat on the third floor without lift.

On the main floor there is a large entrance hall, a living-dining room with flat screen TV and ceiling fan, wifi, large kitchen with flat screen TV, terrace with table and chairs, a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two 90cm beds and a small laundry room.
Upstairs there is another living room with table and chairs, a large terrace with table, chairs and two sun loungers, a bathroom with bathtub, and three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a toilet and ceiling fan.
All the bedrooms are exterior.
The house has wifi, fans and radiators.
Sheets and towels are not included, they are optional, ask for price in case of need.

The building is very well located, with easy access and easy parking in the free parking area.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce sublime appartement en duplex de 4 chambres. Très propre, fonctionnel, très équipé,,2belles terrasses avec 2 salles de bain très pratiques. La proprietaire nous a reçu chaleureusement et à répondu à nos questions. Elle est restée disponible pendant tout le se voir si besoin. Appartement très bien situé, en plein centre ville proche de magasins et commerces et à peine à 500 mètres de la plage. Nous prévoyons d'y retourner en 2019.
