Apartment of 75 square meters, one bedroom, 1st line of beach, sight to the sea and mountain, fully equipped, 7th floor, terrace 10 m long, salon 30 square meters, 5 swimming pools with toboggans for residents, supermarket, reception desk, surveillance and cameras 24h.
Blinked door at the entrance. There is a table and four plastic chairs in the terrace.

The bedroom has an access to the terrace as wide as the one of the salon.
Climatizer with Inverter technology (less noisy than conventional air-conditioners).

Four sunshades in the terrace. TV with TDT and Satellite. Full-equipped household. Kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwave oven, vitro and washing machine.

Setting

Benal Beach urbanization is located in the middle of 'Benalmádena Costa', at first line of sea, opposite the Bil Bil castle and the sea (both of them are seen from the balcon of the apartament), just at the back is the 'Parque de la Paloma', between Torrequebrada zone and 'Puerto Marina'. Also just at the back of the penthouse is 'Selwo Marina'. A few minutes walking is 'Arroyo de la Miel', where the train station is, connecting with the Malaga's airport, Fuengirola, Torremolinos and the center of Malaga.
