The beach is walking 8-9 minutes. The old town 5 minutes walk. Very comfortable location. Nearby you can rent bicycles and there are very nice hiking trails. There is a golf course 15 minutes' drive away and horse riding is possible in the area. Monteenmedio is a 20-minute drive away. You can do surf courses very close too.
