The accommodation

Apartment over 100 m2 built. The apartment comprises 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, 20m2 open plan living-room with a fitted kitchen area, and 2 terraces. The terrace overlooking the inner garden is equipped with twin bunk beds.The apartment is rented with garage. The community is equipped with swimming pool (opening times from June until September), tennis court and garden areas.

Wi-Fi and Satellite TV can be provided. (not included in price)

Be aware that the check-in time is between 12pm and 8pm. Late arrival is subject to surcharge.

Setting

You will be swimming in the sea by just crossing the street from the aparment.

You will enjoy magnificent views from the terrace: the Poniente Beach, the promenade, the marina, The Island of Benidorm.

The community has a swimming pool for adults and and small one for children, as well as a tennis court.
A few meters away you will find all kinds of establishments: stores of food, bars, restaurants, press, etc.

The street markets in Avenida Rei Jaume I, the harbour, the old town or the Levante beach are just within a few minutes walk thanks to the great location of the apartment.

Activities and attractions

Benidorm is considered the capital of the Costa Blanca tourism. The Small Manhattan, as it is known thanks to the multitude of skyscrapers stretching along its beaches, offers plenty of entertainment options for all types of tourists: cuisine, water sports, shopping, bars, discotheques, ect.

You can also enjoy various thematic and aquatic parks: Terra Mítica, Aqualandia, Terra Natura.

For those who wants to explore surroundings, it is advisable to visit the charming town Altea, the stunning views from the Castell de Guadalest or have a cooling swim in Las Fuentes del Algar.
