Villa Carta, located in the Cinisi area, enjoys a beautiful view of Punta Raisi and the Gulf of Castellammare. The structure built with materials typical of the area such as the stone into which it is grafted, the warmth of the wood and terracotta, the elegant furnishings and the well-kept garden with lawn and Mediterranean scrub plants enhance the beauty of Villa Carta, making it a particularly evocative place. The villa, organized on two floors, is surrounded by large verandas with stone arches and wooden attic cladding. The interior is accessed from the lounge, a very elegant and refined environment, organized into various spaces and corners, such as the reading and conversation corner. The dominant scenario in the living room is the stone fireplace. From here you reach the first floor. Among the furnishings, some furniture and antiques are of particular charm. From the living room you also reach the dining area and a hallway from which the entrance doors to the kitchen, two bedrooms and a first bathroom open. The kitchen furnishings are made up of objects and elements belonging to the tradition of Sicilian craftsmanship such as the collection of copper pots and the pantry and the rustic table. Adjacent to the kitchen there is the laundry room. The master bedroom, spacious and overlooking the surrounding garden, has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second double bedroom is also elegant and well structured. The shared bathroom on the ground floor is characterized by fine majolica and is equipped with a bathtub. On the first floor of the villa we find a first room that protrudes onto the ground floor lounge and is used as a conversation area with a game table and original brick benches with comfortable cushions. A few meters away we find the outdoor kitchen with barbecue, gas burners and typical wood-burning oven for the preparation of delicious traditional Sicilian dishes. The dining corner (of the outdoor kitchen) is characterized by a masonry table and benches. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and appliances. The proximity of the airport does not compromise the quiet of the place, among other things the window frames of the villa, all in wood and with double glazing, make the housing unit far from all those that could be disturbing elements.
