Beautiful modern villa of recent construction located on a promontory overlooking the long sandy beach of Castellammare del Golfo within walking distance (about 1,200 meters). The breathtaking view sweeps across the Gulf, from the coast of the Zingaro nature reserve in the west to Punta Raisi airport to the East. Wide perfectly manicured lawns surround the villa and are home to plants typical of the Mediterranean. The blue of the large swimming pool (12 X 7 meters) merges with the blue sea. From the entrance gate, a driveway leads to the parking area behind the villa.
