The accommodation

This house, located in Mont-roig del Camp, is ideal for 12 vacationers. It offers 5 bedrooms, a private pool and a furnished terrace. The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a TV, a CD player, a Hi-Fi and a radio. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or outside, on the terrace enjoying views of the swimming pool. The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub, a shower and toilet, 2 including a double bed and 2 including a bunk bed. Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available The house features a washing machine, ironing equipment and a safe. Note that the cleaning is included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 1 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. Parking is available onsite. Smoking is allowed. Pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed.

pagara a 0,40€ el Kw/hora
anza de 300,- €, la cual es devuelta a la salida, entregando el cliente el inmueble en el mismo estado convenido el dia de su llegada a èste. Si el cliente hace su salida fuera de nuestro horario de oficina, se le devolverà la fianza a su cuenta bancaria, despuès de controlar la agencia la correcta entrega de la casa . Animales de compañia pagaran 30,- euros por semana/animal , de alquiler.
El uso de la Climatizacion (si lo desea) se pagarà aparte con un coste semanal de 100 euros.
