The accommodation

The apartment is set in a private Borgo (village) within of a private and exclusive 300 hectares property in the most beautiful and peaceful country side at 4 km from Spoleto .
The apartment is on three levels with a private garden.
On the ground floor: entrance from the garden, eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and dining table for six people.
On the first floor: double living room with fireplace and sofabed. One bedroom with two single bed and bathroom with bathtub.
On the tower one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
Total sleeps 5.
Size of apartment: 100 sqm, private garden 200 sqm with table and chairs for six people.
Heating not included, at request.
Linen included, twice weekly change.
Wifi in common area.
Mountain bikes available for free.
Not pets admitted;
Smoking is not allowed indoor
