The accommodation

The penthouse, fully furnished, is located on the eighth floor of a building with a lift. It has a large free car park underneath. The environment, quiet and bright, is composed of 1 living room with sofa and TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 1 kitchenette complete with cookware, crockery and appliances, a dining area and a terrace which enjoys a wonderful panorama that includes: part of the historic center, the port, the tourist pier and the seaside coast.

Setting

The apartment is in an ideal position to reach the historic center on foot in 10 minutes and be able to visit: the numerous churches, the ancient gates of the town, the Luna castle, the spa and the many shops where the ceramic art. You can easily reach the splendid sandy beaches, the closest is about 1 km away.
The attic is a few steps from: post office, supermarkets, fishmongers, pizzerias, bars and restaurants where you can taste the typical dishes of the Saccense gastronomy and the delicious fish caught daily in our sea.
By car you can make excursions to rather well-known nearby locations: Selinunte, Agrigento with the famous Valley of the Temples, Cattolica Eraclea, the ancient Caltabellotta, Trapani, Erice and Palermo.
