The accommodation
LAS TAZAS - Lovely restored country house set in bveautiful surroundings overlooking the picturesque Micar Valley with distant views of the sea and located only a short walk to the village of Mojacar and 5 minutes drive to beaches.
Accommodation
There is an internal courtyard and extensive grounds including a pool and sunbathing area. Accommodation includes a lounge, separate kitchen/diner and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with a dressing area, wardrobe, fireplace, fitted air con/heating unit.
Bedroom 2 is twin bedded with a wardrobe, fitted air con/heating unit.
Bedroom 3 is twin bedded with a barreled ceiling, wardrobe, and portable air cooler.
Bathrooms There are two bathrooms. Bathroom one features a large walk in shower, bath, basin and toilet and overlooks the internal courtyard. Bathroom two features a shower, basin and toilet. Both bathrooms also feature storage cabinets.
Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full sized dishwasher. There is also a dining area.
Living Rooms Good sized living room equipped with TV, satellite and DVD player, two sofas and a fixed air-con/heating unit. Doors lead from the lounge into an internal courtyard with a dining area, which is useable all year round.
Outside Private swimming pool with shaded area and BBQ. Lounge and Bedroom 3 open on to internal courtyard with a dining area which is usuable all year round.

The house is located in rural settings but only a short walk or drive to the old village of Mojácar ( about 500 metres) You need a car to go down to the beach which is about 3 km away.
