The accommodation
The villa, in typical local style, is located 200 meters from the beautiful bay of Marinedda.
The prestigious building overlooking the beach and enjoys exceptional views from which you can admire the unforgettable sunsets over the gulf dell.
Surrounded by a large fenced property has undergone recent renovations and interior consists of a large living room with sea view, a large dining room with fitted kitchen to the "American" also addressed the bay, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside, facing the sea, there is a large paved courtyard with adjoining green lawn and a large BBQ / bar area in masonry on the back of the villa there is a spacious veranda and a large wooded parkland.
The villa also has two terraces, one large located on the roof of the same, perfect as a sunbathing area and a small one floor house for wonderful breakfasts and appetizers overlooking the sea.

Beatiful
End of April 2014 we spent a wonderful week at 'Villa La Marinedda'. We were greeted heartily by the very friendly hosts Marcello, Vittorio and Elisabetta. The house is just beautiful and we felt 'at home' right away. Each evening we could watch spectacular sunsets while sitting on the cozy sofa. In the garden everything is lovely arranged and felt just like an outside living room. It was a lot of fun spending time there, spotting the ocean and breathing the good and salty air. Since we have two little kids, we were very happy with the pretty wall that surrounds the house and garden. The location of the house was just perfect for us. The beach is only a 5 minute walk down the street. It’s a beautiful beach with very clear water. Also nearby we found idyllic walks for little hikes. Hence, we hardly needed our car during the week. Isola Rossa, the village nearby, is very small but has everything one needs: little grocery markets, an ice cream parlor and places where you can enjoy very good pizza... delicious! Thank you for an unforgettable week! Time passed by way too fast and we hope we can make it to 'Villa La Marinedda' again some time soon.
