The accommodation

Nice 3 bedroom apartment 80 m . with garage. Located in the Historic Center in Antigua Casa de Indias Contracting seventeenth century , was restored in 1998. Total absence of noise, overlooking the garden of the Palace of Medina Sidonia.

Setting

It is located in the heart of Centro , near the old market of the seventeenth century , in their environment Churches and Convents of sixteenth and seventeenth century , Ducal Palace , Castle of Santiago , Cuesta de Belén with Covachas and Bodegas as Barbadillo are , Argüeso , Hidalgo, Pedro Romero. At about 50 m . is the Plaza Cabildo with a variety of bars and taverns to savor our exceptional cuisine . A little further removed we Bajo de Guía with its famous restaurants . Nearby is the Paseo de la Calzada where every year I come late May becomes the enclosure of the Feria de la Manzanilla and bottom of the walk the beach with views of the Doñana National Park .

Truly amazing apartment and location

Angel was a wonderful host and the apartment was more than we hoped for. It is near the markets, cafes and shops but is so quiet and peaceful inside. It’s just a short walk from the beach. This was our first visit to Spain (from Australia) and we speak very little Spanish but everyone was lovely and patient. The other residents of the Casa were kind and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this apartment, the locality and Angel one hundred percent and hope to come back one day.

Wonderfullly located and well equipped apartment within 15 minutes walk from all of Sanlucar’s attractions

Angel is a true gentleman and it was a pleasure to deal with him from the time of our first enquiry. The apartment is very well equipped especially with heating and radiator’s for a february stay. The host angel is very attentive but most unobtrusive and even though my spanish is very limited as is his english through the magic of goggle translate we shared wonderful conversations. Without hesitation or reservation i can recommend this property to anyone wishing to holiday in this amazing region of spain
