is rented to single groups of people, so no spaces are shared. Garden with loungers, a trampoline, barbecue and private pool with safety barrier for children.
The house comprises two floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge, TV, fireplace, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
On the first floor: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a small sitting-room leading directly out onto the terrace offering views of the landscapes of the beautiful Guilleries i las Gavarres mountains.

Setting
Surrounded by apple orchards, beside lush woodland, Can Salvà has a pretty garden with loungers for taking the best naps in summer, table and chairs for eating lunch and dinner out in the garden, a swimming pool with a child-safety barrier and a barbecue with its sink. The barbecue also contains a gas ring, gas bottle and paella pan for preparing a typical Spanish paella.

From the house, visitors can ride along the country cycle routes (vías verdes), do the local hiking routes, visit the city of Gerona, San Félix, the cathedral.

Trop de mouches !
Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette maison. Nous étions 8 adultes et trois enfants. Oui, la maison est correcte. La piscine est agréable. -attention aucune isolation, la chaleur extérieur est la chaleur des chambres. -nous avons été envahi par les mouches. C’était l'activité principale des garçons pour essayer de combattre cette nuisance importante. Ces mouches piques et se posent constamment sur nous. Nous étions pourtant propres!!! je pense que l'on aurait du être mis au courant avant de payer cette location !!!! -de plus, l'agriculteur a mis du lisier dans les champs , les odeurs ont été fortes est incommodantes. Les mouches ont appréciées. Les vergers qui entourent la maison favorisent cela.. Les pesticides sont pulvérisés une fois par semaine. Par conséquent, avec l'ensemble de ces remarques et nuisances, je ne souhaite vraiment plus relouer cette maison. Je déconseille fortement.

Nous regrettons profondément ce fait des mouches et nous aurions aimé que nous soyons avertis avant le problème pour pouvoir trouver une solution immédiatement. Notre objectif c’est que nos clients se sentent satisfaits de leur séjour et profitent au maximum de leurs vacances. Le motif est en cours d'analyse pour appliquer des mesures palliatives que soit nécessaires pour essayer de ne pas répéter le problème, bien que a la campagne le risque d'existence zéro d'insectes soit impossible. On parlera avec les deux agriculteurs voisins afin de minimiser les effets de l’application d’engrais d’origine animale et, en plus des moustiquaires déjà installées dans la maison, on va rechercher d’autres mesures respectueuses avec l’écosystème. Nous apprécions votre contribution et nous sommes désolés de ne pas la commenter au bon moment.
