The accommodation
Fantastic house (115 m²) placed within a villa in the best housing state of Málaga (“El Candado”). Breathtaking views to the bay, only 300 m away from the beach just redone and refurbished. It has got 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom, apart from a double bed sofa and an adjustable bed; a big dining room, a spacious full-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Beautiful 500 m² garden, equipped with all the furniture which will allow you to enjoy the impressive views. You will also be able to enjoy - without any charge- all the facilities of "Club El Candado” (check website and pictures), that is, 3 swimming pools (an olimpic one, a 25m one, and a pool for kids), tennis and paddle courts from Monday to Friday until 1pm and weekends from 2 pm. For other schedule, you can arrange a court at a very good price. You are also allowed to use the club gym for free.
Fantastic and relaxing environment deprived of any disturbing noise with private security 24 hour a day.
Setting
In the very city of Málaga, next to “El Palo” and “ Rincón de la Victoria” beaches; and Pedregalejo district. Just 500 m away from the high-way, and -at the same time- placed among a pine forest with plenty of vegetation; it is a private detached-house housing state with 24 h security.
Activities and attractions
Golf course, sailing, scuba diving, tennis, paddle, swimming, kayak. Beach with all possible, facilities and next to the best beach restaurants (chiringuitos). Exciting nightlife.
Just 10 minutes away from the center of Málaga where you can visit the Museo Thyssen, The Alcazaba,the Cathedral, etc.

A fabtastic place to stay!!
We spend a fantastic week in this great apartment. The terrace and the view over the sea is beautiful! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owners are really friendly and helpful. They lives upstairs but you don't hear them at all. There is lots to see and do in the neighborhood. Malaga is a nice city, Frigiliana, Nerja, el Torcal, all very nice to see! I would recommend this place to everyone!
