This Villa has wonderful sights to the sea. The Villa is furnished. It is situates in a calm area. It is to use for first time. The Villa is independent from the other houses, it is totally fenced and near the beach, the restaurant and the supermarket.
Setting
The Villa is in a calm aera in the southest of Menorca Island. It is 200 m from the sea, 2 km to Saint Climent and 7 km to Mahón.
In order to arrive, you need to take the aerport road to Saint Climent. There you take the "Es Canutells" detour. To move around Menorca it is important to have a car or rent it.
Activities and attractions
In this area there is a tenis pitch, beach, supermarket, bar-restaurant, souvenir store. There is a golf pitch at 13 km and the aerport is at 5km. The port is in Mahón, at 7 km aproximately where you can find a scuba diving and sailing school.

La casa es estupenda, bonita, amplia y muy bien equipada. Y nos atendieron muy amablemente. La zona es muy tranquila, con una pequeña playa, un bar y una tienda a los que se puede ir andando. La situación es muy buena para explorar el sur y el este de la isla. Mahón está también muy cerca
