The villa is inserted in a beautiful pine tree lanscape and is part of an 2,600 acres (1.050 ha) closed condominimum which includes a horse riding centre, tennis courts, trekking courses and a dam lake.

Setting

The villa has very large internal areas, is extremely well and comfortably decorated, set for up to 8 people. It includes a large barbecue in the terrace, its own swimming pool, internet connection, hifi/DVD and cable TV.

It has two large bedrooms with double beds in the ground floor and a large mezzanine area - with wooden ceiling - with 4 beds (ideal for kids/youngsters),

The villa lies in it's own 1ha (10.000m2) plot of land, which is part of a closed condominium with 1,000 ha where you can find tennis courts, a small dam lake and beautiful trekking paths among immense number of pine trees. Also a small restaurant, a mini supermarket are to be found within the condominium.
Last but not least a modern and well equipped Horse Riding Centre exists within the condominium for riding tour or lessons.

The charming small city of Alcacer do Sal at the banks of the along the Sado river - with large supermarkets and excellent typical restaurants - lies 15km (~15min) away.
At the same distance to the west and you'll find the long golden beach of Troia/Comporta/Carvalhal:
- 60km of uninterrupted golden & fine sand bathed by crystalline calm waters - with several superb sea food restaurants along the whole beach. Sitting any of these at a sunset is an unforgettable experience !
Closer to the house , at about 2 km you have the renowned A Escola restaurant with portuguese Alentejo cuisine and a bit farer away the little village of Carrapateira with a number of delicious and low cost sea-food restaurants and the extremely interesting palafitic fishermen piers at the Sado river.
