Built right in the middle of the longest Sandiest beach of La Manga. Facing the Mediterranean sea. This luxury villa is ideal for holiday or even all year round use. Sauna, jacuzzi, chill out, two tvs. Full aircon & heating, 3 fireplaces, 240 sqmts built. 180sqmts terraces, 700squmt gardens. SIX bedrooms , four doubles and two triples, option to a seventh bedroom, The property is well prepared for 14 to 16 guests. 6 surf boards, 2 body boards, kayak, Ping Pong área, two barbecue áreas, gas and coal, mini golf in the roof solárium. WIFI internet, 2 tvs, 2 dvds, profesional sound system, and all the kitchen appliances you may need, including two fridges for big groups, mixer blender, juicer, microwave, hot dog machine, toaster, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine etc etc...
Setting
Probably the best location in La Manga, very quiet, no traffic noise at all, just the waves and the sound of the wind. Lots of shops, bars and supermarkets walking distance. Perfect for the Discerning English Customer. All clients satisfied, many of them return every year.

Diving, surfing, jet-skiing, walking, kayaking, cycling, Mountain Bikint....all beach sports in general, surf instructors available at the beach in front of the house.

Perfect for relaxing
There are so many places to sit, all round the house you can get shade or sun (whichever is your preference) any time of day. Francisco is a great host, sending videos and pictures before our visit. The kitchen is well equipped and he even provided us with a kettle for making tea! we have had a wonderful time
