Apartment with 2 bedrooms only 800 meters from the beach

The accommodation

You have an entire 2 bedroom flat at your disposal with its own private entrance from the garden. The kitchen is on the ground floor, as well as an under-stair closet, that also works as wc and laundry. An external staircase leads to the terrace on the first floor and to the bedrooms. The main room has a double bed and the second room has 2 twin beds and a French sofa bed, sleeping 3-4 singles (3 adults or 4 children). Another French sofa bed is in the kitchen so the flat can accommodate 6 adults in total without compromise. We also have a travel cot available if you need one, and a high chair.
A private parking space is available inside the residence, close to the apartment entrance.
In the residence there is a nice equipped private open air swimming pool. Access to the pool is restricted to shareholders. Relatives and their guests can access the swimming pool paying a 30-Euro-lump-sum season fee. Should you be interested in the pool as well, please let me know in advance. Children under the age of 7 have free access to the pool. A bar is among the facilities of the swimming pool.
The minimum stay is 1 week, but during the high season (typically, July and August) the minimum stay is 2 weeks. We ask you to check in out on Saturdays. Though, if at short notice the apartment is still available the week following your check-out, we will consider the option of doing such operations on Sundays as well.

Setting

The use of a car is recommended as it will allow you to move to the best beaches and to the shopping areas. Close to the residence you will find a couple of bars and a mini market where you can order cooked food. In front of the Natural Reserve of Tor Caldara (10-15 minutes’ walk), you’ll find another bar and a bakery. But better supplied shops/markets are more far away (about 2km).
The centres of Anzio and Nettuno are at 10-15 minutes by car.

Activities and attractions

Anzio and Nettuno are the closest city centres, rich of history and monuments to visit and very lively during the Summer.
You can spend your time enjoying one the many beaches in the area, pay a visit to the ruins of Nero's villa, or enjoy a walk to the tower of the Natural Reserve of Tor Caldara in Anzio, visit the American and/or the English war cemeteries, the San Gallo fortress in Nettuno or its medieval district.
