The accommodation
The house built in 2010, home design, functional and livable inside and out. The architecture of this White House is rushed and minimalist (430 m² covered)
La Laguna sum 850 m² domesticated (house, room, patio, terraces, 2 pools) within 8000 m2 plot on the edge of protected from Sand Mountain natural area.
Its design favors the use of materials such as concrete, steel, glass, wood and lava stone.
Spacious house has 5 bedrooms Style (35 m²), all equipped with flat screen TV and free internet access.
The area 50 m²: In this spacious room, equipped with modern furnishings and large windows, enjoy panoramic desert and volcanoes infinite brown and ocher views.
The dining room 50 m²: a capacity of 12 people. Feel free to take your breakfast in the dining room or on the adjacent terrace! with a spectacular view of the countryside mountain arena.
Our central courtyard of 250m² has a teak terrace of 350 sqm and a solarium where you can cool off in the water of our "gap" (which gives its name to our villa).
We offer a unique and unusual swimming pool (70m²) and terrace (80m²)
Setting
LA LAGUNA is located Lajares, a typical and quiet village north of Fuerteventura. The north of the island is surrounded by impressive volcanoes and few minutes the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches of the Canary Islands. Perfectly located, 5 min of the best spots for surfing, wind surfing, kite surf on the island.
