The accommodation
3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in the popular La Zenia area of Orihuela Costa. The accommodation consists on the ground floor of a large living / dining room with Spanish TV, kitchen, toilet, gallery and a front terrace overlooking the street and a removable pool for children. The first floor has a double bedroom with a queen size bed, a room with bunk beds, and a separate family bathroom. On the attic floor there is a matrimonial double bedroom with terrace and sea views and a private bathroom. Three air conditioners are installed in the house. The property is located close to shops, bars and restaurants as well as the large Zenia Boulevard shopping center 300 meters away.

Bien mais des améliorations à apporter
8 personnes - 2 semaines en juillet 2018 : + Mariola, qui gère le logement (pas de contact avec les propriétaires) est aimable. Bien situé pour se baigner et visiter. - Équipements insuffisants pour 8 personnes : climatisation dans 2 chambres sur 3, pas assez de vaisselle et ustensiles, nappe trop courte quand on ajoute une allonge de table. Manque d'entretien : bac à légumes du réfrigérateur, parasol et Tancarville cassés, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine dépareillés et cassés, porte-serviette déboîté, canapé-lit à l'étage très bruyant. Il y a une seule piscine, nous n'avons pas trouvé la piscine triangulaire qui apparaît sur les photos du descriptif.
